Energy healing; Reiki Level 1 July

 In Level 1, we focus on self purification techniques and develop a meditation practice to resonate with Reiki. You will learn the 12 basic hand techniques and self purification exercises to strengthen the resonance with Reiki and ultimately the core of your being.

• Introduction to Reiki
• The story of Reiki
• The Reiki Principles
• Reiki Attunement Process: The attunement being the gateway to resonating with the vibration of reiki. 
• Self treatment
• Introduction to metaphysics
• Other uses for Reiki

You will also have the opportunity to explore other energy healing modalities that Chanti likes to incorporate in her Reiki sessions.

• Shamanic Journeying
• Crystal healing
• Guided meditations
• Sacred Herbs

Course date:

July 22nd starting at 11am, break at 230pm ending at 5pm.
