Join Brenda Clements for a 3 week yoga experience. This experience will include three, 1 hour classes of Yin restorative yoga.
Class 1: Monday January 15th, 930am to 1030pm
-Theme - Happiness - poses target - heart, lungs, intestine
Class 2: Monday January 22nd, 930am to 1030am
- Theme - Relaxation - poses target - liver gallbladder
Class 3: Monday January 29th, 930am to 1030am
