As we move through our lives, we must necessarily let go of that which no longer serves us. When we let go, we create space. This space is that of potential, of possibility. Cord cutting is a very common practice in both spiritual and secular traditions. The practice of cord cutting helps to recover energy that has been lost, re-establish healthy energetic boundaries and recognizing toxic attachments that might be holding you back. Attachments to people, places, objects, and beliefs that you chose to create at one point—and that have since become detrimental to your well-being. You might have cords with an ex-lover or ex-friend. Or with a story you tell yourself about your place in the world. Even though it’s not doing you any good, you’re still fixated on that thing. Cutting energy cords helps to move through transition without the burden of carrying the weight of the past. It frees us to move forward with lightness and a sense of openness. This healing can be done in person or at a distance. What to expect during your session: -Reiki Energy Healing, this allows the healer to tune into your body to establish where the energetic cords may be attached. If you are receiving your cord cutting at a distance this portion is done for 30minutes prior to your zoom call. You are invited to relax and meditate on your own during this time. The healer will then sign into zoom, discuss any findings during your distance healing. -Shamanic Journey, allowing you and the healer to tap into your subconscious. Bringing forth who you need to cut an energetic cord with. If at a distance, this portion and below is done over zoom, zoom link is attached to this appointment link upon booking -Healing Crystals, Crystals are placed on your body (or body map if at a distance) to ease the releasing process. Connecting and messages from your guides At home self care and manifestation recommendations A cord cutting may take anywhere from 1 hour to 1h30mins
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies To continue providing the best experience for all of my clients, I’ll be reinforcing my booking and cancellation policies. Please take a moment to review them below: 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. Prepaid Services: If you prepaid for a service and cancel before the 24-hour window, the full amount will be credited to your account for future use.
