Mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice it on a daily basis. Try to be fully present, aware of where you are and what you’re doing. Instead of being overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around you. You will see a big change in your day to day thoughts and behaviour in the long run.
Meditation allows us to venture into the workings of our minds: our sensations, our emotions and thoughts.

Cardiologist Herbert Benson, MD, stated "The relaxation response [from meditation] helps decrease metabolism, lowers blood pressure, and improves heart rate, breathing, and brain waves," Take your time with meditation, start with just 5 minutes daily and grow from there.
Our overall health is directly affected by our gut health. I Try to take a natural approach to Nutrition, eat organic, wholesome foods instead of fast food. Eating clean and healthy helps keep your body strong and without issues.
